The island Senja
The sea outside Senja offers the opportunity for fishing for many species of fish, and the ability to get "large fish" on the hook. The camping has been popular among anglers. Several of them have returned summer after summer, and is closest to count as "regulars"
Facillities
The campsite has its own fish cleaning facilities for the preparation of the catch, as well as the possibility of freezing it. After taking care of the day's catch, it can be pleasant with a relaxed chat with the hosts. Here is the opportunity for tips on the best fishing spots.

Boat
Flakstadvåg camping has boat rental where you can rent boats by the hour or day basis. Our boats are 17 1 / 2 feet RANA with 25hp Yamaha motor.
If you come with your own boat, we have a floating dock facility with space for guests' boats. We also have a boat ramp.
Fishing
Deep sea fishing with a rod is hard work, but if you are lucky, it is well worth the effort.
